The Lenders "bad mouth" us for one VERY OBVIOUS REASON...Why, because only we can sue them and keep them from getting your home and your M O N E Y! If you try to do it yourself or use mod services by non lawyers, you may wait for a very long time and never get the mod you need if you get one at all!
